Biography
Corey is a seasoned founder, operator, and business sustainability professional with over 15 years of multifaceted experience spanning mining, industrial construction, environmental compliance, geospatial intelligence, agriculture, and regional business development. Originally from Fairview, Oklahoma, and now based in Fort Worth, Texas, Corey has developed a career intersecting operational leadership, land stewardship, infrastructure development, and regional commerce. Currently, Corey serves as a Program Manager in Health and Safety with Arcosa Inc., where he manages health and safety initiatives, workforce risk management, and operational improvement across industrial operations. His diverse background includes leadership in environmental compliance, permitting, GIS, construction operations, strategic project management, mergers and acquisitions, and EHS systems, with experience across manufacturing, construction, infrastructure, and natural resources.
In addition to his corporate work, Corey is the founder and operator of Chisholm Trail Bison Co., a regional platform supporting independent bison ranches and market access, and has launched Mesa Cold Chain, specializing in regional cold-chain logistics, and Heartland Bison Intelligence, focused on geospatial intelligence and data systems for the bison industry. His expertise spans environmental permitting, land management, GIS, sustainability, compliance, construction operations, and strategic business development. Educationally, Corey holds a B.S. in Business Administration with concentrations in Management, Environmental Studies, Agricultural Economics, and Construction Project Management from Oklahoma State University, a graduate degree in Occupational Safety and Health and Industrial Hygiene from Southeastern Oklahoma State University, and has pursued a master’s degree in Geoscience (GIS and Geospatial Intelligence) at Texas A&M University, with a focus on sustainable operations and resource development.
