With a 30% increase in undergraduate enrollment, record-setting research productivity, and faculty collaborations that span disciplines, we're fueling innovation across Texas and around the world.
We serve over 20,000 students each year through coursework and hands-on learning, support 2,000+ biology majors, and train over 100 Ph.D. students. Our work touches nearly every life science field--from neuroscience and regeneration to synthetic biology and evolution.
