Pending funding, the Department of Mathematics at Texas A&M will host an eight-week Research Experience for Undergraduates (REU) from May 27 to July 18 in the summer of 2025.
We will have programs in Algebraic Methods in Computational Biology, Algorithmic Algebraic Geometry, Knot Theory, and Semi-Algebraic Geometry in Schrodinger Equations.
We will have up to 3 student participants for each program. We especially encourage women, members of under-represented groups, first-generation college students, and veterans to apply. Support for the program is pending from the National Science Foundation through an REU grant .
Check out our flyer for more information.
