Kathleen Obrer

As a result of my Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and History, I have worked in multiple museums and libraries that have allowed me to understand the importance of material culture. Working on archaeological excavation sites led me to expand my skills that I have applied to having a successful dig. The summer of 2024 presented me with two major oportunites: learning how to sail a tall ship and how to excavate an underwater site. My research leans towards ship construction as well as advancements in technology such weaponry on ships.
