Alexandra Anderson

Alexandra joined the Academic Advising Team in the Department of Economics at Texas A&M University in June of 2024. Her hope is to encourage and support students on their unique paths to success. Alexandra is dedicated to providing personalized guidance, fostering a culture of honesty and grace, and empowering students to embrace challenges as opportunities for growth, ultimately helping them realize their value and achieve their dreams.

Alexandra graduated from Texas A&M University in 2022 with a B.A. in Sociology. After graduation she worked directly with Former Foster Youth in the Bryan/College Station area. Her goal is to get her Masters in Counseling with focus in Trauma to eventually continue working within the community as an LPC or LMFT.

Outside of work, Alexandra loves playing with her Goldendoodle, Clifford, drinking coffee, and going on adventures with her husband and daughter. She also enjoys spending time with her friends and family, watching a Disney movie, or reading a good book.
