We want to give a huge department shoutout to two of our graduate students, Dun-ya Hu and Danielle Porter, Hu for recieving a Conference Award and Porter for recieving a Research Award. These competitively earned awards are presented by the College of Arts & Sciences to support research or travel to present scholarly works at professional conferences. It is no small feat to have hard work rewarded by a college that is swelled by a populace of highly skilled grad-students, so this is such a thrill to have two students who are emblematic of the work ethic and ingenuity found in PBSI, earn these distinguished awards.
