Advising appointments can be scheduled through the Howdy portal by visiting the My Record tab. Follow the prompts, making sure to leave a comment that lets us know what you're coming in for. This helps us to make the most of your time. After submitting, you will receive a confirmation email.

Q-Drop a Course

Submit this completed Google Form: tx.ag/ACADQ and attach your Q-Drop Request form. You must be logged in with your TAMU account. This process may change next semester.

Be sure to check the Academic Calendar, all Q-Drops must be submitted by the listed deadline: registrar.tamu.edu/Academic-Calendar

Audit a Course

You will need to reach out to an instructor to obtain permission to audit a course, then you will reach out to the advising office to verify there is space available. There is no fee associated with auditing a course and no academic credit will be granted for audited courses.
