Research Interests

My research interests broadly concern early behavioral and brain development in infants and young children with/at-risk for neurodevelopmental disorders. I am particularly interested in the identification of early biomarkers of autism spectrum disorder (ASD). I am also interested in the dynamic between early parent communication/expressiveness and infant cognitive development, and further how this research might inform interventions for young children at-risk for ASD and other disorders marked by social deficits.
