Biography
As an artist with a diverse skill set in web development, design, and video production, I bring a unique perspective to my work at Texas A&M. My primary objective is to standardize and popularize content across campus and the world, ensuring it is inclusive and cost-effective while also making the biggest impact. This is an ever-evolving goal but one that I am passionate about pursuing.
My responsibilities were in web development but that all changed in 2020 during COVID as needs became much more diverse and my skillsets had to expand. Eventually I came to manage not just the websites but also social media channels, livestreaming, print media and email marketing campaigns for TAMU Physics & Astronomy. All of which are connected but share a single mission which is to leave a great impression on as many people as possible. We do not market ourselves as wanting students to enroll, rather, we push ourselves in science and popularity so that people of all ages can learn about what we do and even what they can do at home to learn on their own. This is why my job in outreach is so exciting because the possibilities are truly endless.
In addition to my primary responsibilities, I also have experience in animation, video editing, and course development. With several years of experience in educational technology, I am dedicated to finding the best solutions within limited budgets and timeframes.Educational Background
