Research Interests

My primary research interest is employee’s attitudes towards and reactions to wearable monitoring devices in the workplace. Another area of interest is the impact of an organization’s safety climate on individual intentions to report errors and near misses in the workplace. Additional areas of interest include the use of new technologies in selection and performance appraisal, and best practices for the creation, implementation, and continuous improvement of procedures in high-reliability industries.
