The GIS Helpdesk is intended to provide technical support with GIS software and assist with course projects, research projects, assignments, and better understanding of GIS concepts. Anyone is welcome to walk in and ask any questions during our office hours:
Monday: 3:40-5:00 p.m.
Tuesday: 2:00-3:30 p.m.
Wednesday: 11:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
Thursday: 1:00-3:30 p.m.
Friday: 11:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

The GIS Helpdesk provides support for desktop applications including ArcGIS Pro, QGIS, ENVI, and other GIS and Remote Sensing (RS) software packages. Additionally, support is available for web-based GIS packages and services such as ArcGIS Online, Story Maps, Field Maps. We can also assist with cartographic production and printing, GIS programming, and other data analysis and GIS tasks as needed.
