Biography

My research focuses on advancing multi-dimensional optical imaging technologies to address critical scientific challenges. A central goal of my work is the precise and accurate measurement of multi-dimensional molecular interactions and dynamics—including translational and rotational motions—in complex biological environments such as live cells and microbial ecosystems, with high spatial and temporal resolution. To achieve this, I integrate advanced optical system design, computational algorithms, and statistical tools to push the capabilities of optical microscopy beyond conventional limits. These advancements hold significant potential for real-time, high-resolution observation of key biophysical and biochemical processes, such as drug-induced alterations in cellular membrane properties.
