Rebekah Andrews

Rebekah A. is an aspiring ocean scientist currently pursuing her master’s degree in Ocean Science and Technology (MOST) at Texas A&M University, where she is projected to graduate in 2027. Her MOST chair is Dr. Wiederwohl. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Oceanography from Texas A&M in May 2025.

During her undergraduate studies, Rebekah developed a strong interest in biological oceanography, particularly in how microorganisms influence marine ecosystems and global ocean processes. This passion led her to continue her education through the MOST program. Through the MOST program, she is building on her foundation in oceanography by integrating advanced research, technology, and fieldwork to better understand and protect the marine environment.
