A history minor adds depth to any course of study at Texas A&M. Students in the sciences and engineering, for example, pursue the minor to sharpen writing and critical thinking skills.
Students from all majors are welcome!
Requirements
The History minor requires 15 hours of HIST credit, including:
- 6 hours at the 100/200 level
(You may use HIST 105 and HIST 106 credits toward the History minor.)
- 9 hours at the 300/400 level
To declare a History minor, speak with your major advisor and ask them to enter the minor into your degree evaluation.
