Biography
Julie Reed has served in various roles over the years, both client facing and internally within learning and talent development all inside of Accenture. After the first five years of her career in Change Management consulting, Julie pivoted to an internal role. She has since spent the last 22 years serving the learning needs of Accenture’s 700,000+ employees in various roles including key Technology, Alliances and Digital service areas. She also spent a season working as a Talent Architect during a companywide talent transformation. Recently, she led the enablement and equipping of Accenture’s learning teams to virtualize all of Accenture’s learning programs in response to the pandemic in 2020. Julie is currently working in global learning strategy. She is a lover of all things learning at all levels, having spent a decade on a non-profit board for a local private school. She has also been serving on the Communications and Journalism Alumni Advisory Board at Texas A&M University since its inception in 1997. Julie lives in Colleyville, Texas, with her husband, Dan, and two children, Luke and Jill and a dog named Jensie.
