Biography
Nour Zeid is a PhD candidate in the Department of Communication & Journalism at Texas A&M University, specializing in media effects, narrative persuasion, and attitude formation and change. Her research employs a range of qualitative, quantitative, experimental, and computational methods to explore how media messages influence public opinion and behavior. Nour’s work revolves around three key areas: (1) message development and delivery, (2) information management behaviors, and (3) information dissemination. She often adopts a comparative approach, examining how language and cultural differences shape health and political communication. Her research contributes to a deeper understanding of how strategic communication can address public health challenges and promote positive social change.
