Dress code for most ECON events (recruiters, career events etc…) is business casual – unless events, special guests or meetings require business formal. We encourage students to exercise their judgement, and to show common sense and professionalism.
Business Casual: Includes casual slacks and skirts, collared shirts, blouses, or sweater/sport coat/blazer. Inappropriate attire includes sportswear, jeans, and unkempt clothing, clothing with profanity, hate speech, or exclusionary language among other options.
Business Formal: In general, traditional business attire, such as suits, dresses and tailored pantsuits.
