Biography
Katie Constantin received her M.A. in Sociology from the University of New Orleans in 2016 and her Ph.D. in Sociology from Texas A&M University in 2021. Her primary areas of interest include Social Psychology and Crime, Law, and Deviance. Her research focuses on cooperation and punishment in public goods games as well as sexual violence and victimization. Her most recent publication “Unequal and Unfair: Free Riding in One-Shot Interactions” examines the effect of status (as indicated by gender) on perceptions of and reactions to free riders.
