Biography
Liangfei Ye is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Sociology at Texas A&M University, College Station. His research investigates environmental governance, the environmental and social determinants of health, climate impacts and adaptation, and sociological theory. He employs interdisciplinary methodologies — including machine learning, geospatial analysis, statistical modeling, and fieldwork — to bridge environmental science, sociology, and policy to address complex environmental challenges and advance sustainability.
