We had a great success with our fall grow-bag event, where we used up all our Aggie Green Fund growbags (10 in all!) to provide students who stopped by with a “grow your own salad bowl” model of an easily moveable garden! We planted swiss chard, carrots, shallots, garlic, peas, lettuce, and collards.
We plan to have garden times on Friday during the noon hour, when the weather permits. Since the week of January 20 is going be cold, we may have a refrigerator pickle demonstration in the break room on Friday 1/24/25! We’ll keep you updated!
