Biography

Sr. Director, Client Services

Lori currently serves as the Sr. Director, Client Services for WorkTango, an industry leading holistic employee experience platform. She leads the Implementation, Professional Services, and Customer Support teams.  

Lori has over 20 years of experience in project management and the SAAS industry.  She started her career at Hewlett-Packard as a Financial Assistant, while attending graduate school part-time.  After obtaining her Master of Science degree in Management Information Systems from The University of Texas at Dallas, HP gave her the opportunity to start working as a Software Developer and then a few years later as an Oracle Database Administrator.  During this time, Lori also obtained her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.  After serving 11 years at HP, she held various roles in project/program management from 2006-2014. When she joined Q2, she had the opportunity to lead a team of project managers as a Senior Software Delivery Manager for 8 years.  In 2022, Lori left Q2 to take on her current role at WorkTango.   

During her time attending Texas A&M University, Lori served as Class Council Finance Chair for the Class of 1992, Finance Chair for the Parents Weekend Committee, Fish Camp Counselor, and Aggieland Visitor Center Tour Guide. Lori enjoys returning to campus for Aggie football & baseball games, playing golf, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. Her Aggie family includes her husband, Brent (Class of 1993) and daughter, Kayla (Class of 2023). Lori resides with her family in Georgetown, Texas. 

Lori has expertise in the areas of project management, program management, and software implementations.
