Biography

Dr. Lu received her Ph.D. in Communication Sciences from Università della Svizzera italiana in Switzerland (2025). Her current postdoctoral research at Texas A&M University is supported by a Swiss National Science Foundation Postdoc.Mobility Fellowship and conducted under the mentorship of Dr. Richard Street. Her work focuses on patient–clinician communication, with particular emphasis on addressing health misinformation and empowering patients to navigate online health information safely and effectively.
