Graduate Studies in the College of Arts & Sciences
The College of Arts & Sciences at Texas A&M University is home to 2,300 graduate students pursuing PhD and Masters degrees, as well as certificates, across 18 different departments. Students engage faculty with diverse expertise and learn to address pressing global challenges through practical learning experiences.

Funding for Graduate Research
Funding models for supporting graduate students vary greatly by discipline. The Texas A&M Graduate and Professional School has information on funding opportunities for incoming and current graduate students. The Glasscock Center for Humanities Research has funding opportunities for graduate students doing research in the humanities.
The College of Arts & Sciences Office of Research Development can support current students in the college who are applying for external fellowships and scholarships and should be consulted early in the process. Please note, the GREAT program from the Graduate and Professional School provides supplemental funding to eligible students.

Attending research conferences can help expand the reach of graduate work and help develop a professional network.
