Scheduling Advising Appointments

Advising appointments must be made through the Navigate student app or by logging in to the Navigate website through your Howdy Portal.

Your assigned advisor's name is located in Navigate under the Success Team box located on the bottom right of your Student Home Page.

Transition Academic Programs (TAP)

Transition Academic Programs (TAP) is responsible for academic success and retention programs geared towards students transitioning into Texas A&M University, students moving between majors (enrolled in General Studies-GEST non-degree major), students trying to determine which major suites their career goals, and students who need guidance to academic recovery.  The programs include: General Studies (GEST), Aggie Gateway to Success (summer provisional admission program), TEAM (co-enrollment program with Blinn College), Explore (majors exploration) and Aggies Thrive (second chance academic recovery program).
