The Dallas A&M Club has established the College of Arts and Sciences Endowed Scholarship at Texas A&M University, helping full-time students in good standing focus on their studies by easing their economic burdens.
“The Dallas A&M Club is always looking for new opportunities to give back to Aggies,” club president Josh McKay ‘17 said. “We want to be able to support as many Aggies as possible in their educational aspirations, and due to the large enrollment as well as wide range of degrees and programs that the College of Arts and Sciences offers to Texas A&M students, we felt it would be an excellent recipient for the Dallas A&M Club to support.”
The Dallas A&M Club, which features around 30,000 members, is chartered by The Association of Former Students to serve the Aggie Network in all of Dallas County. Since the club was created in 1902, it has awarded hundreds of thousands of dollars in scholarships to Dallas-area students attending Texas A&M, including more than 30 Aggies each currently benefiting from $6,000 scholarship awards.
